They also started a production company together but things took an ugly turn and she filed a legal case against him in 2014. His career in the entertainment industry began with a music video of Stereo Nation Nachange Sari Raat.
Alongside Sharman Joshi, Riya Sen, Shillpi Sharma, and Tara Deshpande, Sahil Khan co-starred as Amit (Chantu)/Reshma Chaudhary in the 2001 Hindi language comedy thriller film Style. In 2018, MenXp called the movie a cult hit in its review.
In 2003, Sahil Khan played Amit (Chantu)/Senapati/Sultan Bukhara’s PA in the Hindi comedy-drama film Xcuse Me, a sequel to N. Chandra’s 2001 film Style.
He was cast as Ramaa in the 2010 Disney fantasy action-adventure film Ramaa: The Saviour. He co-starred in the film alongside Tanushree Dutta, Meghan Jadhav, and Dalip Singh Rana.
Sahil was involved in a gym fight in 2014 with Ismail Khan, Bollywood actor Sana Khan‘s alleged boyfriend at that time. It was reported that Ismail Khan attacked Sahil unexpectedly in a Mumbai-based gym over a business contract delay causing this feud.
