On tonight’s Law & Order SVU episode, Benson tells Carisi to promise her that the guy who attacked her and Noah will be convicted, she needs to know that Noah will be safe. In Arraignment court, Oscar Papa faces the judge and is charged with 19 counts of rape in the first and he pleads not guilty, in two accounts in the second, also not guilty. Carisi says that Oscar Papa is a career criminal who ordered the gang-like style hit on Benson and her son. The defendant is remanded to Riker’s pending trial.

Finn is at a bar with Bruno when he gets a message from Phoebe to go home. All of a sudden, a man who is part of a garbage crew thinks he heard something. Finn tells them to stop, Bruno jumps in and finds a woman, she is alive and barely breathing, looks like an overdosed. There is also some kind of dart. The woman tells Bruno she was raped.

At the hospital, the nurse finds blood in the woman’s underwear and semen. The Dart had opioids in it. Luckily she is a heroin addict, she has a tolerance.

Benson calls Finn, she tells him that she is going to prep witnesses and wants to know if he is coming. He tells her about the case that he is doing with Bruno and he just can’t drop this, even though she is his sister from another mother.

The woman wants to leave the hospital, but Bruno doesn’t want her to go, he gives her enough money that would cover her night of work. She says that after she passed out, she woke up in a room, a guy was spraying her down with a hose, it was a medical room and he just did it to her. The next thing she knew she was in a dumpster. Finn asks her to go home and get some rest, she says she will stay there after all.

Carisi, Benson, and part of the team decide that they are going to have Velasco talk to Hector who works for Oscar. Velasco sees that Hector is shaking, but he brought him some cocaine in a small pouch because he knows he can’t talk to him in this condition.

In court, a woman, Mrs. Garcia, testifies about how she was raped, one of the men is Hector, and the other one is deceased. She says they were acting on Oscar Papa’s orders. His gang BX9 collects women’s underwear after they rape them. Orders from BX9 come from leadership and spill down.

Bruno and Finn try to go a different route with their case, focusing on the dart, only a veterinarian would have one like the one that was shot into their victim.

New Journey’s Assisted Living, Finn and Bruno head over there because a woman filed a complaint two years ago against her veterinarian, he tried to get her to touch his private area, she is old but she is no idiot. She touched it but she didn’t like it.

Benson gets a call, Benny’s mom sent him a plate of food and there was rat poisoning in it, he is going in an ambulance to the hospital.

Benny dies in the ambulance, and Carisi says their case is on life support. Carisi tells his team that they need to start playing dirty just like Oscar Papa.

Valley Haven Inn, Albert has a fever and his mother is worried. Benson tells them that Benny was murdered. Mrs. DIaz says he sone is not testifying.

Benson goes to see Oscar Papa who is smiling about the two witnesses being dead. Benson tells Oscar that nobody gets away with trying to kill her son, blood for blood.

At Hunt’s Point Playground, Finn and Bruno’s victims are able to recognize Tim Burch, the veterinarian they had their eye on because of the incident with the elderly lady. She says she doesn’t understand why he did it, he could have just paid like the rest of the johns.

ER entrance, Albert is being rushed in and Benson believes it is her fault.

Benson goes to see Carisi, and she tells him that she has been at the hospital all night, but they were able to save Albert’s leg and now, his mother is refusing to budge. Carisi says that he has to put someone on that stand.

Velasco goes back to see Hector who wants some more cocaine.

Bruno goes into a convenience store to buy some cigarettes when two guys walk in and he notices they have guns. He tells the clerk to get on the ground, the police officer is involved and the guys attack him.

Benson ruses to the ER, Bruno is in surgery and lost a lot of blood, and cameras got the whole attack. Benson tells Finn that she was just with Bruno. A surgeon comes out and shakes his head, Bruno is dead. Turns out that Oscar ordered the kill and it is all recorded from a prison phone. Oscar says he knows how much Benson respected Bruno, blood for blood. And, most of his crew is in RIker’s with him, he knows exactly what he is doing.

Oscar says he has a soft spot for Benson, most people say they will kill for their kid, but not a lot of women will go toe to toe with him. She is a better mother than he was. He still says he didn’t do the rapes. Benson tells him that she needs him to assure her that her son is safe. Oscar says he won’t be harmed, he got what he wanted, and they are even now. Oscar gets 25 years for Bruno and 25 years for the attempted murder of Benson and her son.

Stabler is on his way to bring her son home, she says there is nobody she trusts more. Officer Churlish walks into Benson’s office, she says she has something to give her, she left her phone on when Velasco was talking to that recruiter, Benson says it is a felony. Churlish tells her to listen to it, she will know why she did it.

At Olivia’s apartment, her son is asleep and she thanks, Elliot. He asks her why she didn’t call him. She says it because she knew that he would try to protect her. He tells her that he cares for her, and he walks over and tells her to look at him. He looks into her eyes and she says she wants to but she can’t, what if things don’t work out, she is not ready for this.
