VH!’s Basketball Wives star Angel Brinks was recently embroiled in a massive controversy after her husband Roccstar accused her of cheating. The actor/musician accused Brinks of cheating a few months ago. A guest star on Basketball Wives himself, Roccstar had initially been on the show as Brinks’ boyfriend.

Brinks was previously in a relationship with former NBA star Tyreke Evans, who joined the league in 2009. Evans and Brinks dated for several years and had a daughter together before breaking up. Now, after initially being accused of cheating, Roccstar went out of his way to post a heartfelt apology on Instagram.

Basketball Wives star Roccstar accused wife of cheating

Roccstar had initially posted two lengthy rants on the social media platform. He claimed that his wife, who was 43 years old, had been cheating on him for quite some time. The trauma and the overall incident led to Roccstar suspecting whether their daughter was indeed his. The emotional rant was highly insulting, with Roccstar using several questionable terms in the post.

Apart from talking about her multiple cheating scandals, Roccstar claimed that Brinks had exchanged intimate pictures with LA Lakers superstar Anthony Davis. Talking about the betrayal, Roccstar lamented the fact that he had built a family alongside Brinks:

“Payed your mortgage gave you bread bought you so many shoes watches purses all for what for you to cheat on me? I'm heartbroken because I was pure with my intentions man this is fucking trrrible! I wish nothing good for you. Ever. You don't get to*uck over good people and go free! 3 kids, 3 baby daddies still can't get it right? It's clearly not us! I hope one day you take some accountability.”

What’s more, the second post was even more extreme. Roccstar talked about how he needed a DNA test to be sure that his kids were indeed his:

"Due to recent findings! I need a DNA test I have to question everything at this point. Pray for me. Imagine having to test the thing you love most in this world because the mother is a cheater. At 43 who cheats this old? Smh I'm going through it. I feel horrible for my son. I'll explain on my page in a minute but I'm heartbroken.”

The above posts suggest the apology was a big surprise.

Roccstar apologizes to Angel Brinks months after cheating accusations

In the latest post, the rapper lamented that he had publicly exposed details about his personal life. The rapper claimed that he was highly emotional and now realizes that the internet is not his friend:

“I realize the internet is not your friend and nobody gives a f*ck about your family but you. rotect your home from the outside world cause people can't wait to see a king fall… So I have to! Absolutely have to!!! apologize to my sons mom! With the same energy I crashed out with!"

He continued,

"Not only did she give me the best gift! My lil man ! My heart! but regardless of whatever we go through she did allot of solid shit for years she's been solid... and I definitely wasn't perfect so...as a man I have to be real about what i did ! It was emotional it wasn't thought out and it was petty.“

Roccstar claimed he was intent on protecting his family and praised Brinks for various traits. He claimed she was a great woman, a great businesswoman, and had been “solid” for him for many years. The Basketball Wives guest star seemed genuinely apologetic for his rant and appeared to take full responsibility for his words.
